Children's Orthodontic Care

Starting Early with a Full Range of Orthodontic Options

We follow the American Association of Orthodontists’ recommendation for children to have an orthodontic evaluation by age seven. Our doctors have expertise in craniofacial growth and development that let them identify any teeth and jaw problems when a child still has a mix of baby and adult teeth.

Early correction can prevent extractions of permanent teeth and save thousands of dollars for correction later in life. Our doctors focus on crowding, crossbites, and mismatched upper and lower jaws. These problems can be corrected in 6 - 18 months if treated before a child reaches teen years. Early treatment is referred to as interceptive orthodontics and will give your child a beautiful smile before they reach the age of high school plays, proms, and yearbook photos.
